With a chap called Phil near Ramsley dam this lunchtime and we both heard our first cuckoo of the year. Sound seemed to be coming from the Jack Flat direction which id the place where I saw 2 regularly last year. Needs further investigation but any other records over the last few days would be really helpful.
With Graham and Neil around 5pm and we all saw our first 2 swallows of the year coming in to feed over the old Ramsley reservoir
